Our policy is to ship by registered express mail or courier (door2door).
Shipping cost for international parcels up to 500gr 12.00 Euro - 1Kg 30.00 Euro - 2Kg 35.00 Euro - 3Kg 40.00 Euro - 4Kg 45.00 Euro.
Shipping cost is included in the price of the merchandise.
Orders are delivered as fast as possible since they are sent by express mail. Though this may take
10-14 days for heavy parcels.
You should contact us about any questions regarding your order.
Packages sometimes get damaged. But in most cases the merchandise remains in good shape.
But it is advisable to inspect the merchandise before signing for the package. If the merchandise looks damaged refuse delivery
and contact us.
1. Contact us and explain your problem. 2. Items returned must be unworn, unused and in resalable condition. 3. Items returned must be returned within 10 days after receipt. 4. Items returned must be returned with proper packaging. 5. You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. 6. We will issue credit as soon as we receive your return. It may take more than one billing period for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 7. If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will reimburse you for the shipping to return the merchandise to us and you will not be charged shipping for the replacement item. 8. Cancellation of an order or refusal of a package will result in a 15%(of total amount) service charge. 9. Τα προΐόντα μας στέλνοντε μόνο μέσου courier η ΕΛΤΑ (συστημένα & express). Τα τέλη είναι: μέχρι 500gr 12.00 Euro - 1Kg 30.00 Euro - 2Kg 35.00 Euro - 3Kg 40.00 Euro - 4Kg 45.00 Euro.
Η τίμες περιλαμβάνουν τα ταχυδρομικά τέλη.
Συνήθος εντός 2 ημερών αν πρόκεται για courier. Να υπολογίσετε 2-10 ημερών μέσου ΕΛΤΑ.

Ελέγξτε το δέμα και το περιεχόμενο πριν υπογράψετε. Αν το προΐόν έχει πάθει ζημιά μην το παραλάβετε, και
επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας .
1. Επικοινωνήστε μαζή μας και εξηγήσετε το προβλημά σας . 2. Επιστρεφόμενα είδη πρέπει να βρίσκοντε σε καλή κατάσταση, και να μην έχουν φορεθεί και χρησιμοποιηθεί. 3. Επιστροφές πρέπει να γίνονται εντός 10 ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής 4. Τα επιστρεφόμενα είδη πρέπει να είναι κατάλληλα πακεταρισμένα. 5. Είστε υπεύθυνοι για τα ταχυδρομικά έξοδα & τέλος ασφάλισης των επιστροφών. Δεν φερόμαστε καμία ευθύνη για επιστρεφόμενα είδη τα οποία έχουν καταστράφει, κλάπει, η χαθεί. 6. Ο λογαριασμός σας θα πιστωθεί μόλις παραλάβουμαι το επιστρεφόμενο είδος. 7. Αν κατά λάθος σας έχουμε στείλει λάθος προΐόν, δεν θα χρεωθείτε τα ταχυδρομικά έξοδα της επιστροφής ούτε της αντικατάστασης. 8. Ακύρωσης η άρνησης παραλαβής της παραγγελίας επιβαρύνονται με έξοδα ίσα με το 15% της ολικής αξίας. 9.
